General Computer has selected some particularly relevant case histories from its day-to-day activities as a solutions provider for maintenance, optimization, security and management of corporate data centers. These stories are gathered together in files describing the case according to a fixed scheme, starting with the description of the Customer and their system, followed by analysis of the problem and the solution offered by General Computer. At the end, the implementation is illustrated together with the results achieved.
